My wife bought me the kit for my birthday. Its now been about five weeks and already the whiskey is better than some other bourbons that I have. I really enjoy being able to be part of the process. Thanks for making a great product!
I would love the opportunity to offer up our Gourmet BBQ Sauces for rieevw. We are a young, very small bbq sauce company and would love the feedback, good or bad. I could not find a place on your site to contact you directly, so I am hoping you will read this post and reply. Please contact me at memphisandmainbbq@gmail.com and I will ship samples.

I’m going to try aging some good quality Tequila Blanco (white) for two to three months. The big Mexican Tequila distilleries all use new and used French and American oak barrels to age their Tequilas. They buy many used Bourbon, Scotch, Brandy and Cognac barrels from many French and USA distilleries like Remy, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, etc. I’ll let you know how it comes out. Salute! Jerry
