The Distiller’s Journal

Our "official" Grand Opening

Join us on Saturday, October 16th from noon to 7p.m. for Woodinville Whiskey Company’s official grand opening. Not only will you have the chance to meet our mentor, “whiskey legend” David Pickerell, former 14 year master distiller at Maker’s Mark, this is also an opportunity to tour the distillery and taste what we mean when we say a whiskey revolution is coming. See how whiskey and our vodka is made, understand barrel aging, tasting techniques for whiskey, and how disciplined players in the craft distilling industry will change the whiskey industry just as we’ve seen with micro brewing and gourmet coffee.

And of course…there will be complimentary food and drinks, free T-shirts for Facebook friends, an opportunity to meet the crew, get your picture taken with David Pickerell (and autographed), and discounts on Woodinville Whiskey Co. clothing and accessories.

We look forward to seeing you!

  3. These are the smoothest offerings I have ever tasted. The White Dog is so different that I haven’t been able to compare it with anything and is a very nice change from my “aged” whiskeys. The Peabody Jones Vodka is absolutely outstanding. Buyers beware! These products are so smooth as to be dangerous. Enjoy!

  4. Recently visited a couple weeks ago with a friend of mine. The owners there are as hospitable as their spirits are. We both bought Peabody Jones the second I smelt that butterscotch aroma. I’ve never been a vodka guy but I drink it straight it’s that perfect. No words for the taste, you just have to try it. I can’t wait for the aged whiskey to come out in the summer!

  5. Visited last monday (May 30) almost directly after arriving from The Netherlands. Tasted the Wodka and Headlong. Very smooth and clean fruity taste. Did not buy a bottle as I could not take it back home in my carry-on luggage, but I will wear the T-shirt @ Whisky events to do some european promotion.
Would be great to see you some day (represented) at Maltstock.
