November 17 Distillery Release: Port Finished Straight 100% Rye Whiskey

Friends of Woodinville,

Looking for something rich and full-bodied to enjoy this holiday season? We’re excited to announce that Brett is bringing back our Woodinville Straight 100% Rye Whiskey Finished in Ruby Port Casks as a Limited Release at the Distillery on 11/17/23!

After the Rye Whiskey is fully matured, we transfer it into Ruby Port casks from Portugal for additional aging. This “finishing” process adds a viscous mouthfeel that grips your tongue preparing it for flavors of orange marmalade, dark cherry and vanilla bean meshed together with a peppery spiciness and honey sweetness.

Beginning Nov. 17th, the Port Finished Straight 100% Rye Whiskey will be available at the Distillery’s Tasting Room for $69.95 per bottle after all taxes. The Tasting Room is open daily 11:00 – 6:00pm: closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s day.

It is also available online to select states. Visit the “Store” section on our website to purchase Woodinville Whiskey in Kentucky, Nebraska, North Dakota, Washington DC or Washington State.

This whiskey makes a wonderful gift and is also available in a custom etched bottle. Available at the Distillery, and online to select states, the laser-etched bottle is packaged in an elegant gift box. Custom etching is available with our Flagship Straight Bourbon, Flagship Straight Rye and Port-Finished Bourbon. Plus, distillery-only offerings may be customized including Ginja Finished Bourbon, Cask-Strength Bourbon and Cask Strength Rye.  Custom etching is $20 plus bottle fee.

We can’t wait to share this delicious celebration of Rye with you!

Warm regards,

Brett & the Woodinville Team
