2018 Harvest Release – Toasted Applewood Finished Rye Whiskey

It’s that time of year we look forward to every fall!
Our 2017 Toasted Applewood Finished Bourbon was such a hit that we decided to do it with our 100% Rye Whiskey, and we could not be more excited with how it turned out. We start with our fully matured 100% rye whiskey and add toasted applewood staves to it. The toasted applewood adds additional layers of fruit and berry notes on top of the already complex notes of rye spice, cinnamon, clove and caramel. It’s bottled at a full 100 proof to maximize all this whiskey has to offer.
Doors will open at 7am on Saturday, September 22nd. We will have homemade apple cider and pastries for all. The first 500 bottles will be hand numbered and packaged in custom handmade apple crates. Limit is one hand numbered bottle per person, but no limit on non-hand numbered bottles. Retail price is $69.95 after all taxes.
