The classic Mint Julep with a brown sugar-based simple syrup.
 
Ingredients
3/4 oz Brown sugar simple syrup
3 to 4 Mint leaves, 1 sprig for garnish
2 oz Woodinville Bourbon
Crushed Ice
 
Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a julep cup. Add Woodinville Bourbon and ice and stir until chilled. Finish cup with additional ice and add mint sprig for garnish.
