Joe Polizzi, Woodinville’s New York Brand Ambassador, makes a rosemary simply syrup which brings an earthiness to this simple drink, plus is great in other cocktails and desserts.
Ingredients
2 oz Woodinville Straight Bourbon
3 oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup (recipe below)
Combine ingredients, shake and pour over large cube in a rocks glass and garnish with rosemary sprig.
 
Rosemary Simple Syrup
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
2-3 sprigs of Rosemary
Bring to a slow boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let steep for up to 30 minutes. Pass syrup through a strainer and let cool.
