Woodinville Rise and Shine

 

Joseph Polizzi, Woodinville’s Brand Ambassador New York, has a delicious iced coffee cocktail to share with you.
 
Ingredients:
6 oz. French Vanilla Coffee- room temp or cold
2 oz. Woodinville Straight Bourbon
Maple Bourbon Whipped Cream (recipe below)
Shake coffee and bourbon with ice and strain into mug. Top with whipped cream.
 
Whipped Cream:
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 tbsp. Woodinville Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. Salt
Combine ingredients and whip to soft peaks.
